Internationally-Known Accessibility Advocate – A Review Of The Zurich Airport

A review of the Zurich airport
By Donna Jodhan
Award winning advocate and sight loss coach

Introduction:
This is an airport that is accessible and usable but there are some challenges to overcome.

So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 4.5
Assistance for passengers with special needs – 4.5
Assistance at restaurant – 4.5

Remarks :
Access to the restaurant was extremely user friendly for a vision impaired person and navigating among the tables was not very difficult.

About restaurant staff:
Helpful, friendly, and willing to help.

My meals:
Tasty but could have been a bit bigger serving.

Any suggestions?
A time for making things a wee bit better
