A review of the City of Birmingham England

Introduction:
This City reminds me of a very peaceful one in the country.
Friendly and welcoming.
So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 4.5
Assistance for visitors with special needs – 4.5
Assistance at restaurant – 4.5
Remarks :
Access to the restaurant that I visited was extremely user friendly for a vision impaired person and navigating among the tables was not very difficult.
My meals:
The cuisine was typically English with a twist of other types of cuisine.
Any suggestions?
This is a City that I would probably visit again if I have time when traveling around the UK.
