A review of the Sketcher’s store at the Fairview Mall

Introduction:
I am never happy whenever I feel it necessary to give a review that is not very favourable but in this case I sincerely hope that a store with this type of profile will take note.
So here goes.
So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 2.5
Assistance for customers with special needs – 2
Assistance at store – 2
Remarks :
Staff at this store were not very interested in assisting.
Instead, my friend and I actually had to request assistance and even at that they seemed tired and uninterested.
Additionally, they were a bit discourteous.
About store staff:
Not customer service oriented
Any suggestions?
I urge head office to take a serious review of this store’s services and how its staff interacts.
