A review of the city of Budapest

Introduction:
This city lived up to its expectations when I visited not too long ago.
Friendly, bustling, and filled with people willing to be of assistance.
So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance at hotel – 4.5
Assistance for guests with special needs at hotel – 4.5
Assistance at restaurants – 4.5
Remarks :
Access to the restaurant that I visited was extremely user friendly for a vision impaired person and navigating among the tables was not very difficult.
About hotel staff:
Extremely helpful and i appreciated them speaking to me in my native English.
My meals:
Yummy and filled with imagination.
Any suggestions?
