Paper Stuck To A Wood Surface

* Old decals can be removed easily by painting them with several coats of white vinegar. Give the vinegar time to soak in. After several minutes, the decals can be washed right off.

* Allow a few drops of oil to soak into the stuck paper. Rub gently with a soft cloth.

* Wash with soap and water. Polish with a paste made of pumice powder and olive oil. Rinse well. Never use steel wool.
