For this month: a question from Bonnie in Boston Massachusetts.
Bonnie is looking for suggestions for safe oven racks.
My response:
Bonnie, if you can give me a bit more info on your question?
Are you seeking an oven rack that is easy to maneuver?
I find that most oven racks are easy to maneuver as long as you learn how to safely remove them.
Or are you looking for an oven rack that is easy to clean?
If you could be a bit more specific I’d be happy to help.

Carol is looking for recommendations on cookie scoops.
My response:
Carol, my initial response is that everyone has a preference for the type of cookie scoop that best suits them.
I use a cookie scoop that measures a tablespoon.
It enables me to easily ensure that I do not spill my mixture over my counter.
There is nothing very special about it and it can be used by anyone.

Nina would like to learn about cookie cutters.
My response:
Nina, cookie cutters do indeed exist and you can find a huge variety of them at any kitchen store.
There are large ones, medium sized ones, and small ones.
It all depends on how big or how small you want your cookies to be.
Additionally, what shape would you like your cookie to be.
There are a multitude of shapes to be found.
