A question from Janie in Bangor Maine.

Janie would like to know the best way to store dried herbs.

My response:

Janie, dried herbs usually come in either bottles or bags.

If they come in a bottle then I suggest that you leave it in the bottle.

However, if they come in a bag then there some options.

Upon opening the bag you could leave the herbs in the bag and use a magnetic clip to keep it closed.

I would store it in the fridge.

Or you can empty the bag into an air tight jar.

A question from Scott in Miami Florida.

Scott would like to know if small ice freezer packs could work for sore knees?

My response:

Scott, indeed! Small ice freezer packs work extremely well for sore knees.

I often use them to relieve my knees whenever I am in pain.

They work very well for injured

Knees and you can even use them for sore elbows.
