Ask the Coach!

My name is Donna Jodhan and I am using my extensive experience as a sight loss coach as well as my lived experience to share and respond to questions that are submitted to me and I also invite you to share your thoughts on questions asked.

For this week:  a question from Jenny in Saint Lewis Missouri.

Jenny is looking for ways to be able to safely dye her hair.

My response:

My goodness Jenny and luckily for me I don’t have a need to do this but here are some thoughts.

Best to consult with a hair dresser to ensure that you are using the right colour.

Probably best to go to a hair salon to do this.

Attempting to do this at home may prove to be very messy and challenging because you would need to ensure that your dye covers all of your hair and that you have not inadvertently dropped any of the dye liquid on the floor, counter, or in your sink.

That you wash away the dye from your towels.
