Introduction:
Despite its constant activity, this store continues to exude top notch service.
It’s just like a huge family gathering when one enters.
So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 5
Assistance for customers with special needs – 5
Assistance at store – 5
Remarks :
Access to the store was extremely user friendly for a vision impaired person and navigating among the aisles was not very difficult.
About store staff:
Warm, welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgable about their products and what they sell.
