A Review of Air Transat’s Services
by Donna Jodhan, award-winning advocate and sight-loss coach

Introduction:
This Canadian airline is definitely one of the leaders when it comes to providing accessibility services for traveling passengers with special needs.

So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 5
Assistance for passengers with special needs – 5
Assistance at check in – 5

Remarks :
Access to the check in desk was extremely user friendly for a vision impaired person and staff provided very helpful assistance to navigate to the check in desk.

About Air Transat staff:
Welcoming, friendly, and they go above the call of duty.

My on board meals
Delicious, yummy, and an abundance of good food and drink.

Any suggestions?
Just keep on what you’re doing!
