Practical and natural!
Welcome to my Donna’s did you know diary for this month and pleased to share the following with you.

Here’s what I learned for this month.
1) A safe distance to remain from any electric wires?
When outdoors, stay at about 3 meters away from said wires.

2) How can you tell that an incoming call may just be a scam?
Well, in addition to not recognizing the number, when you pick up your phone and you either hear a pause of silence or a funny sound, you know that this is in all likelihood a scam call.

3) A strange habit amongst our birds?
They usually do not eat from those bird feeders unless they see another bird eating first.

4) Important note when recycling your batteries!
Do not just throw them in the garbage.
Find a recycling bin for recycling batteries.
Warning! They can explode in your garbage.
They need special attention!

5) Drinking warm beverages when you have a cold flu?
Warm beverages are better for you at this time.
Cold drinks make you cough more.

6) Something very interesting about honey?
You can enjoy a better night’s sleep if you take a teaspoon of honey before retiring for the night.

7) Some helpful info to consider when shopping for new carpets.
Pay close attention to the fibres.
To the padding that you would need.
To the type of carpet.

8) What’s this about Mexico City?
It is sinking rapidly.

9) Here is something interesting to know when testing to see if your infant is asleep or not.
Gently lift their arm.
If it falls back the infant is asleep.
If it does not, the infant is awake.

10) Placing those wasp traps?
Do not place them close to where you are eating outdoors
As this would attract them to what you are eating.
