A review of the honolulu Airport

A review of the Honolulu airport

Special note from Donna Jodhan
No one knows when the Covid choke hold will be gone so we are going to hope
and stay positive and continue to remember and look forward to resuming
great traveling.

Introduction:
In early February 2020 I traveled through Vancouver to the Honolulu Airport
on my way to board a Hawaii cruise on the Pride of America cruise ship.
Despite it being so late at night or should I say early in the morning when
I landed, it did not stop me from observing some wonderful things about this
airport.
I also had the opportunity to enjoy this airport’s hospitality and
accessibility on my return trip which was an evening flight.
Now with the travel world waiting anxiously for Covid to loosen its
chokehold; it would be interesting to see how this airport does moving
forward.

So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the
highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 5
Assistance for guests with special needs – 5
Assistance at restaurant – 5

Remarks :
This airport was friendly and welcoming and its staff was very aware of
accessibility requirements.

Any suggestions?
Just keep up your wonderful work.
