A review of the Air Transat Airline

Introduction:
I was very pleasantly surprised when I traveled return to Britain by the Air
Transat airline. This was the very first time for me traveling by Air
Transat and hopefully it won’t be the last.
So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the
highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 5
Assistance for guests with special needs – 5
Assistance on board the aircraft – 5

Remarks :
This airline had almost everything right except for when I landed at
terminal 3 after my trip.
It appears that something fell through the cracks and at first they did not
understand that I preferred to be escorted rather than be made to sit in a
wheelchair.
My encounter to this point was very uncomfortable but the airline did make
an above the duty effort to try and understand.
Staff at both ends of my trip; At Toronto and at Gatwick were excellent.
The after trip communication was much appreciated.
About staff:
Except for the unfortunate glitch upon my return to terminal 3, Air
Transat’s staff were excellent.

My meals:
Meals for both segments of the trip were excellent.

Any suggestions?
Keep up the good work and continue to collaborate with persons with
disabilities.
