A review of the Metro supermarket at the Bridlewood mall – tops in accessibility

A review of the Metro supermarket at the Bridlewood mall
By Donna J. Jodhan

Introduction:
I have been shopping at this wonderful supermarket since 1984 and I can
honestly tell you that they are one of the very few supermarkets in
Scarborough Ontario that really knows how to render customer service to
persons with special needs.

So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the
highest, here are my ratings.
Service desk assistance – 5
Assistance for shoppers with special needs – 5
Assistance in the supermarket – 5

Remarks :
I do not think that this supermarket needs any more acolades from me and
they are an example for others to follow!

About supermarket staff:
They listen, communicate, and help all the way.
They go way beyond the call of duty.

Any suggestions?
I hope that the Metro supermarket stays open for years to come!
