A review of the Cora restaurant
By Donna J. Jodhan

In the spring of 2016 I had the good fortune to dine at the Cora’s
restaurant in Markham Ontario with my mom and friend Gabriella and on a very
pleasant day when this restaurant was crowded with diners at lunchtime my
dining experience was made even more pleasant by a wonderful waiter called
Charles.

This young man never batted an eye as he read me the menu and served me. He
did not even ask if he could read me the menu and his instructions as to how
I needed to navigate my plate were nothing but supurb.

So how would I rate their services? With 1 being the lowest and 5 being the
highest, here are my ratings.

Service desk assistance – 4
Assistance for guests with special needs – 5
Assistance at restaurant – 5

Access to the restaurant was extremely user friendly for a vision impaired
person and navigating among the tables was not very difficult.

The waitress went out of is way to ensure that I knew what was on the menu
and his manner was friendly and very accommodating.
So you can see that I was thoroughly satisfied. Both with the customer
service and with the food!
My plate consisted of a delicious omlette garnished with a healthy helping
of fresh fruits.

Any suggestions?
We need more waiters like Charles to serve hungry customers.

So why not go out there and pay a visit to the Cora restaurant in Markham
Ontario?
