New Studies Reveal Hidden Benefits of Exercise for Seniors
By Donna J. Jodhan

I don’t think that anyone should be surprised to hear that there are
enormous benefits to be had wen it comes to exercise activities for seniors.
True it is that exercise is an enormous advantage for all but for seniors;
it is even more so. What does this picture say? A healthier population or
maybe more emphasis on the need for exercise for seniors?

For the past few years, there has been a big push towards making exercise
activities more available and accessible for seniors and this trend is only
going to get more popular with a rapidly aging population. Healthier
seniors would surely mean more jobs for fitness instructors and trainers,
more business for gyms and fitness clubs and centers, and more scope for
manufacturers and developers that chose to specialize in products and
services for seniors. All round, a win-win situation for all stakeholders.

There are tremendous benefits and opportunities for everyone here and I
invite you to read my reference below.
Merry Christmas to you and see you in January 2011.
